2. Description of Service
ezyWill provides an online platform for creating estate planning documents, including Wills, and secure digital storage ("Digital Vault"). While we strive to ensure our documents comply with Australian law, we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Properly execute your Will with witnesses as required by law
- Seek independent legal advice for complex situations
4. Legal Validity
Documents created through ezyWill are designed to comply with Australian succession law. However, for a Will to be legally valid, it must be properly executed (printed, signed, and witnessed) according to the requirements of your state or territory. We provide guidance on this process but cannot guarantee legal validity if execution requirements are not followed.
5. Limitation of Liability
ezyWill provides tools to help you create legal documents. We are not responsible for any losses arising from documents that are not properly executed, changes in law, or situations where professional legal advice should have been sought. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. This does not apply if you have already downloaded or generated your Will document.
